Agreement
These terms govern your use of websites and applications operated by Ornitho Labs Pty Ltd (ABN 59 701 486 393). By using our products you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the products.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable use
When using our products, you agree not to:
- Use them for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
- Copy, resell or redistribute the service without our written permission
Health and wellness information
Some of our products provide general wellness and fitness information. That information is general in nature. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. Always consult a doctor or other appropriate professional before starting a new exercise or eating programme, particularly if you have an existing health condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.
Workforce planning products
Products that support rostering, allocation or workforce planning are decision support tools. Outputs should be reviewed by the responsible people in your organisation before being acted on. You remain responsible for compliance with your own enterprise agreements, awards and regulatory obligations.
Availability
We aim to keep our products available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue a product or feature, and will give reasonable notice where we can.
Intellectual property
We own the intellectual property in our products. You retain ownership of the content you enter into them.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, our liability arising from your use of our products is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
